Mergal® K14
Broad-spectrum wet-state preservative
Mergal ® K14 is a formulated isothiazolinone (CMIT/MIT) in-can preservative that provides a broad spectrum of activity against bacteria, yeast, mold, and algae. It is recommended for waterborne adhesives, paints and coatings, emulsions, and joint cements. The product is suited for systems with a pH of 3 up to approximately 8 or 9.
