Free of formaldehyde preservative designed to significantly reduce the leaching of IPBC
Polyphase® PW20CR is a zero-VOC 20% dispersion of 3-iodo-2-propynyl butylcarbamate (IPBC). The product is specifically designed to significantly reduce the leaching of IPBC due to exposure of the finished product to water. Unlike conventional controlled release IPBC, slow leach characteristics are derived from a novel, patented encapsulation technology. This technology not only reduces leaching, but also provides complete color stability of IPBC. Polyphase PW20CR is free of formaldehyde and does not contain melamine formaldehyde resin.
